Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia/Ft. Washington

A very convenient location to stay at while doing business in the area. The renovations are going good and the rooms are well maintained. The staff is great, especially JAMIR at the front desk! However, I was not happy about them charging $4.87 for parking. I don't remember the last time I paid for parking at an HGI, except in the middle of cities or near airports. Not nice!

If you are a quiet sleeper/want your peace and quiet, this may not the hotel for you*. There is a door between your room and another room. If you have a neighbor, you will hear them, conversations and all. I paid for the expectation to rest and sleep peacefully, not for a Q3 conference call or a concert. You'd be lucky to have a neighbor that has common sense, respect, and courtesy for those around them. *You can request to have a new room that is not connected to another room. Otherwise, great service/hospitality; clean and spacious rooms; plenty of outlets to charge all of your devices. If this place reads reviews, I would highly suggest this institution to tell their guests, prior to them settling into their room, to please be mindful of their volume levels, as there is a door that connects two rooms together.

Incredible service from Brian Christman at Hilton Garden Inn. We were looking for a venue to hold a business meeting and the stuff was super helpful to accommodate. Not only were they able to go above and beyond to meet our needs in such short notice but they were also willing to work on a holiday. 10/10 service and hospitality from Brian. Definitely would recommend.

I was skeptical as I stayed at a Hampton Inn in Atlanta. It was trash, absolute trash. This one is obviously a Garden Inn. It was nice, clean, and the service was impeccable. Ever need a nice place while in Philly, I recommend this hotel. Thank you Garden Inn for making me feel at home.

Whoever the staff/crew was on 1/13/2026 has been outstanding. I've had a long 3 days of travel at multiple hotel/cities and coming into this location was welcoming and fun. The staff showed they cared and were very helpful. Also watching them interact with each other. I can tell this is a group of employees that care about each other. Should I ever return to this area. I'm staying here. OUTSTANDING Service!!

Our stay at the Fort Washington Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. I use a wheelchair, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. Julia greeted us at the reception desk, and she was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. Our plane arrived early, and thanks to her, we were able to check into our room a few hours ahead of schedule. Jose, the morning chef, was equally amazing. He was pleasant, attentive, and kind—helping me reach items that were out of my grasp and bringing anything I needed without hesitation. Allan from engineering truly saved the day. He heard that I was struggling to get the luggage cart out of the room while managing my wheelchair and came right away to help. He even took the cart down to the lobby for me. I am so grateful for the thoughtful, caring people at this hotel. They made our stay not only comfortable but truly memorable.

Wilson helped me immensely in getting an item that I left there returned to me in a timely fashion. He was very gracious about the whole ordeal, and during the stay Jahmir was very accommodating and in a FANTASTIC mood all throughout his night shift. Great customer service thank you guys!

Nice hotel with a great team. Room was very clean, service was friendly. There is a Starbucks, Dunkin, and a couple local restaurants in the area. If you are keen...you will take a visit to the bar and get some insight (and debate) on the best place for a Philly Cheesesteak. I don't visit hotel bars for food - only insight on where to go and this place will not disappoint. 1 hr away from the stadium, and is still a good place to go
